Windermere United Church, formerly Carver Uniting Church, is a URC and Methodist LEP. It has a history of inclusion and commitment to justice issues.

All services and other events are now held at Windermere Methodist Chapel, Main Rd, Windermere. The Lake Road building, which is now closed, was registered for all forms of marriage and this will be extended to the Main Road building.

Historically a majority URC congregation, it is part of the Cumbria Partnership of the URC North Western Synod. The lead minister is Martyn Coe but as with all URC's in the partnership this is a team ministry.
