Katrina MacEwan

Katrina has been in post for 11 years and started as employed by the Whitehaven Circuit, which became Western Fells, then expanded to Cumbria!
She works part time and divides her time between schools and community, her main interest being working in the more deprived areas. She has two jobs, the other is as a benefits advisor, and they tend to link. Her main skill is engaging with those who are difficult to engage with.
In her own life her leisure time is spent with her retired racing dogs, and 5 horses . She rehabilitates horses with psychological issues, training them to be ridden 'iron free', no bits, shoes or saddles.
